Hotel @CasadelMar in Santa Monica is getting into the cocktail game with barrel-aged classic cocktails — Negroni and Brooklyn — aged in American white oak barrels. The hotel says it will create more “pre-Prohibition” cocktails in the coming weeks.

For the dog days of summer, they’ve also come up with Snow Cones for adults.

• Strawberry Mint: strawberry mint puree, Buffalo Trace Bourbon, Crème de Menth

• Apple Grape: apple grape puree, Pisco Porton, Snap Liquor

• Blueberry & Raspberry: blueberry raspberry puree, Stoli blueberry, Chambord

• Carrot Rosemary: carrot rosemary puree, Hudson Rye Whiskey

• Tomato Caper: tomato juice, capers, horseradish, worchester sauce, Herradura Reposado tequila
