There’s a 3-pound bag of gummy bears sitting on my desk. Thinking of making a boozy treat out of them but this recipe calls for vodka. Wonder what other spirit would be good. http://bit.ly/bybBdZ
Red, Hot & Bothered at Black Market w/ jalapeño-infused vodka, strawberry, blood orange, agave & ginger beer. Spicy, sweet and refreshing. (lit by @alieandgeorgia)
The Big Lebowski Blu-Ray release party I went to last night at Universal CityWalk had a White Russian bar so it got me craving this cocktail which actually was my first cocktail of choice when I started on my path to boozing. In any case, although they made the cocktail with half and half last night, it should be made with heavy cream.
Here’s the recipe courtesy of David Wondrich on Esquire. I’m gonna stock my home bar with this stuff now just in case the Dude decides to drop by.
What came in the mail today: Alize Pomegranate liqueur with pomegranate rimmer and a bag of melted/resolidified chocolate(?).
As well as this cocktail recipe for Dusk + Dawn.

1 oz vodka
1/4 oz orange flavored liqueur
Directions: Shake well over ice, strain and serve straight in a martini glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
